    As every piece is customised specifically for you we do not refund or take back an order. However if there is any damage that takes place in transit we will fix that.

  • Shipping Policy

    Every Mettā Heirloom is specially handcrafted for you hence we require 10 - 12 working days to deliver the product. Once the piece is ready we will reach out to you with the delivery details

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation or change of address request will be accepted only within 5 hours of placing the order.
